Investment committee
MidStar Capital prides itself on having a comprehensive and rigorous process for the evaluation of investment opportunities.
We have a six-member Investment Committee whose primary role is to review and oversee all loan transactions, ensuring thoroughness and integrity of our analysis and effectiveness of our investment decisions. Unanimous consent of the Investment Committee is required for each transaction.
Independent advisory committee
The Advisory Committee provides oversight of MidStar’s asset management practices. The members of the Advisory Committee are active in the markets that MidStar Capital is targeting and offer significant experience, relationships and advice.
