Brian is currently President of BKP Advisors providing interim management and director services for companies.  Having a career in professional services for four decades, Brian has held several roles prior to BKP Advisors including most recently Managing Director of Duff & Phelps Canada. As a senior executive, former partner and board member at PwC LLP, he has extensive experience in managing financial and operational risk for clients in a variety of transactions including: capital projects, sale of businesses and restructurings. He has also managed companies during distress and challenging situations in several industries while holding senior management and board positions. Through extensive relationships with private equity, global and Canadian financial institutions, the Canadian and United States legal community, and directors and senior executives across Canada, Brian is well-suited to advise on companies executing growth or turnaround strategies. Brian earned his B.Comm (Honours) from the University of Windsor, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), is a Chartered Insolvency & Restructuring Professional (CIRP), and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).
